2025 yearly report: Activities, accomplishments, and request for support

Since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, PMW has been working around the clock. In addition to our longstanding engagement with parliaments, governments, and international media, we have been working daily to provide lifesaving information to Israeli security services.
We thank you for the support that has enabled PMW to fulfill this critical role. Together, we are changing attitudes, strengthening Israel's international standing, and saving lives.

PMW's research and findings are playing a key role in shaping international media coverage and are part of the broader global narrative. Both the Israeli and U.S. governments have become increasingly reliant on PMW's work, regularly citing our research and analyses in policy discussions and public discourse.
PMW exposes the horror of Pay-for-Slay
When Israel released 734 terrorists in exchange for Israeli hostages, PMW wanted the world to understand the full extent of PA terror rewards. We created a table (see below, a portion of the table) showing the reward that each released prisoner received, which totaled over half a billion shekels and resulted in 316 new Palestinian terrorist millionaires. We sent this to the media and posted it on Twitter, where it was retweeted by figures like former US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and military expert John Spencer, receiving over 2,048,000 views. It was reported by major news agencies and media worldwide such as The Wall Street Journal. The resulting outrage led to increased US pressure on the PA. The following month, the PA announced that it would end its "Pay-for-Slay" program.
Since then, PMW has been following the PA's compliance, or more correctly, lack of compliance with its promise to end Pay-for-Slay, which has been used actively by the Israeli foreign ministry and US Ambassador Huckabee's office.
In recent months, PMW has been able to expose the precise hour at which the PA paid terrorist prisoners their monthly terror-reward salaries, and both the US and Israeli governments have been citing PMW information the day PMW sends it to them.
PMW report "Terrorists in Uniform"
PMW updated its report titled "Terrorists in Uniform," which shows the PA Security Forces' active involvement in terror, and supplied it to The Washington Free Beacon, which published an advance article. The story had over a million Twitter views in 24 hours. Two weeks later, the US announced the freezing of PASF funding.
When the report was finalized, PMW supplied The Wall Street Journal with the report in advance, and the paper published an entire editorial summarizing the report and criticizing the PA.
PMW report to Marco Rubio leads to first-ever US sanctions on PA
The US has legislated that if the PA works with the International Criminal Court to try and prosecute Israeli leaders, it will become ineligible for US funding. President Trump went further and imposed sanctions on the ICC and those who work with it. In response, PMW prepared a special 20-page report and sent it directly to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, detailing the PA's ongoing violations of US law through its engagement with the ICC. PMW's report documented extensive evidence, and the letter asked Rubio to have the US impose sanctions on the PA:
Three weeks after PMW's report and letter, Rubio announced sanctions on the PA for precisely these violations – along with additional breaches of US law that PMW has repeatedly exposed:
The US prohibited visas for all PA and PLO officials as well as their families, and for the first time ever, neither Mahmoud Abbas nor any PA officials were allowed into the US for the UN General Assembly meetings.
Working with Israeli security since the war started
Immediately following the October 7 attack, due to our broad knowledge of the Palestinian terror structures and activities, we were contacted by security officials. We continue to supply real-time information and life-saving info. PMW has continued its surveillance programs to provide real-time information to security services about terrorists and terrorism.
US legislation
PMW has written a report showing that the Palestinian Authority continues to justify terror and presents the murder of Israelis and Americans in Israel as legal under international law. We presented the report to a member of US Congress who has written legislation. We expect this will have a major impact on the PA's standing.
Civil lawsuit against the Palestinian Authority for the murder of Taylor Force and Tzeela Gez
PMW was approached by the National Jewish Advocacy Center in DC to help with the civil lawsuit in the US against the PA for the murders of Taylor Force and Tzeela Gez, who were American citizens in Israel. Tzeela was murdered in May 2025 while in labor and being driven by her husband to the hospital to give birth. PMW supplied critical evidence, which we are confident will lead to a conviction.
PA TV complains that PMW is watching them around the clock
An indication of how comprehensive PMW's work is and how much it concerns the PA is the PA's repeated attempts to delegitimize PMW. During one of his daily reports, official PA TV's "Israeli affairs expert" Fayez Abbas complained about PMW's thorough monitoring of PA TV: "An extremist right-wing organization Palestinian Media Watch prepared a report saying that the Red Cross fills out forms for the prisoners… This guy [Itamar Marcus] comes out against me day and night. There is no doubt that he is watching me now, recording me, and preparing reports. I heard him with another report, preparing reports that are all exaggeration, lies, and evasion… The budget of this institute, PMW is $20 million per year (sic, actually $1.3 million – ed.)."
Lectures to MPs, media, and diplomats worldwide
PMW has continued to make very important presentations around the world. Recently, a series of PMW lectures was given to four separate delegations of retired senior military officials from a wide range of Western countries. The material shocked them and left a veritable impact, and PMW was asked to supply the presentation to the participants.
PA leadership support and defense of Oct. 7
Much of the world thinks that only Hamas is problematic, but PMW is preparing a report showing thatthe PA actively supported the Oct. 7 atrocities and continues to justify them. PA leaders declared Oct. 7 as "heroic and epic," and Abbas' senior advisor called the massacre "legitimate resistance" five times in the same interview.
PAabusing its own children by convincing them to be Martyrs
PMW is preparing another report for parliaments showing the brainwashing of children to prefer life over death. We are working with members of Congress and parliaments to have the PA declared a "child abuser."
PA Ministry of Education report
PMW is finalizing a comprehensive report on the PA Ministry of Education showing that not just the schoolbooks but also the activities, messages, and even Oct. 7 celebrations define the school system as one that is engineered to promote terror.
These are just some of the new reports PMW will disseminate in 2026.
