PLO official says terror is legitimate: “All types of resistance are guaranteed for the Palestinian people”
PLO Executive Committee member and PLF Secretary-General Wasel Abu Yusuf: "Perhaps [by virtue of] the existing agreement between the Palestinian factions… we [must] now reemphasize that all forms of resistance (i.e., including terror) are guaranteed for our Palestinian people by virtue of the decisions of the legitimate international institutions and international law... I'm talking about the position of the PLO. Within the framework of the last discussion that took place in Beijing among all the national action factions… the issue of popular resistance was discussed… even in the texts that were included… [it was mentioned] that all types of resistance are guaranteed for the Palestinian people."
