PA top receives released terrorists as “heroes”
Official PA TV host: "We must support our released prisoners (i.e., terrorists)... May you always have only good and may there always be only good for our heroes and our prisoners."
Released terrorist prisoner Khairy Salameh: "All this joy we had and the warm reception held in our honor by our people… They stopped the bus when we reached the territories of... the PA, our brothers in the [PA] Security Forces, and we thank [them] for their support, which is not surprising from our leadership and our people. After the reception that was held for us, we saw our brothers in the National Security Forces… It is not surprising from our people... that it holds a warm reception for its heroes and prisoners… All those we met from among the brothers in the Palestinian [PA] leadership, foremost among them His Honor [PA] President [Abbas] and [PLO Executive Committee Secretary] Hussein Al-Sheikh and [Fatah Deputy Chairman] Al-Aloul."
