PA TV libel: Palestinians welcomed the Jews who survived WW2

Official PA TV Narrator: "The Palestinian people's cause started in 1917 with the promise of British Foreign Minister Arthur Balfour to Baron Rothschild to establish a national home for the Jews in Palestine (i.e., the Balfour Declaration). This promise played a central role in Britain's occupation of Palestine after World War I – the promise of one who has no ownership to one who has no right... The first Nakba (i.e., "the catastrophe," Palestinian term for the establishment of Israel) happened to the peaceful people on its land. These are the very Palestinians, who sympathized with the Jews who survived World War II and allowed the Jews to enter Palestine, giving them hospitality and promising them a dignified life."

[Official PA TV, May 14, 2025]

The Arabs opposed the Jews' returning to Israel and persecuted them in numerous massacres and riots.
