Involvement of the Palestinian entities with the ICC

Official PA TV reporter:

"An important legal development is expected tomorrow at The Hague, where a formal complaint will be filed with the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding the severe violations of [the Palestinian prisoners'] human rights, including the policy of systematic torture and deliberate starvation, which is considered a war crime under international law… The complaint to be submitted to the ICC is not limited just to what is happening in the occupation's (i.e., Israel's) prisons, but also includes the occupation's use of starvation as a weapon against civilians in the Gaza Strip and committing genocide contrary to all the international customs and conventions."
